This week, your child heard again the story of Christmas and thought
about God's gift of peace brought to us by Jesus.
Christmas can be a time of great stress and
"busyness." Jesus wants us to come to the
stable--to that place of silence, of prayer, and of
peace that is the quiet of our own hearts. There we can
find Jesus. The Holy Spirit guides and encourages us to
simplify our material needs this Christmas and to bring
Christ's peace to all.
